Winexpert has released another spectacular Seasonal Wine. A full bodied classic blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre and Cinsault from the Languedoc region in France.
The name derives from the harvesting done at night – when sugar levels are more stable and acid levels better.
This 8 week wine, fermented on skins offers a captivating palate of plum, black raspberry and wood smoke. It will pair well with gourmet burgers and other red meat dishes.
